High Chrome Brick

High chrome bricks, which is characterized by high corrosion resistance and good high temperture mechanical properties, is mainly used as the working linings of the coal water slurry gasifier, petrol coke pressurized gasifier and other melting devices where acid alkali slag corrosion is serious. So far, the high chrome brick produced by LIRR has been used in the coal water slurry gasifiers in more than 30 plants with excellent performance. The effective life of bricks working on the imported coal water slurry gasifier is about 10000h and the maximal service life reaches 23000h. The bricks were awarded the Second Prize of Science and Technology Progress by Ministry of Chemical Industry, and the Second Prize of Henan Provincial Science & Technology Progress in 1999. The annual capacity of the chrome brick is 5000 tons.
